What certification do your medics hold?
All Endura Medical staff are registered Clinical Officers, Wilderness Paramedics and Medical Doctors. We have an international team of experts with extensive alpine medicine experience.
Can I get cover after my climb has started?
Clinic access must be registered at least 48 hours prior to starting your ascent to ensure administrative clearance and medical history review.
Do you serve routes other than Machame?
Yes, while our primary clinics are on Machame, we have clinics on other routes, and telemedicine support for all Kilimanjaro routes.
Is telemedicine available outside Tanzania?
Our telemedicine platform is accessible globally, however, emergency physical response is currently limited to the East African region.
How quickly can I speak to a medic?
Subscribers to our plans have connection to a duty medic and we have staff rosters to provide 24-hour cover.
